Whipped Pumpkin Honey Butter
- 1 C salted butter, (or 2 sticks) room temperature
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, + 1 teaspoon, if needed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Use either handheld mixer or stand mixer (with whisk attachment) to mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated, scrape the sides and whip on high until butter becomes fluffy- about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve immediately in a pretty bowl with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and drizzle of honey or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
