This Week’s Secret To Success
The “Mix and Match Strategy” answers the question of what to make for dinner this week with flexibility!
- We’ve got mix and match side dishes which create a LOT of options for using this menu.
- Sometimes options and flexibility are just what we need to match the ebb and flow of our day-to-day.
- We’ve got a plan that’s got some give.
Swaps For Your Family
- Instead of asparagus, your group might like Sautéed Green Beans with Bacon and Mushrooms with their steaks.
- If that’s the case, round out the meal with Fluffy Mashed Sweet Potatoes instead of more mushrooms.
- Don’t forget the bread. Shortcut Pull Apart Rolls and/or Rosemary Cheddar Biscuits are perfect comfort partners for your steak dinner.

Getting The Most From This Menu
- Swap out any of the side dishes between the two meals. This is a great way to customize the meals or make the most of leftovers without cooking more.
- Serve the Panzanella Pizza Salad for lunch.
- Throw some pepperoni on the Olive Bread, and it makes a great lunch too!
- If you don’t need a breakfast recipe, make some Green Chile Sausage Balls + scrambled eggs and serve the Strawberry French Toast Casserole as ‘breakfast for dinner’!
