Get tasty meals on the table this week without a lot of fuss! You can never go wrong with burgers at home, and juicy Lucy style broiler burgers always hit the spot. Follow that up with a make ahead, cheesy chicken and rice casserole that tastes more like a spinach artichoke dip than dinner. And if that’s not enough, dessert, snack and breakfast are all low key simple too! Monday Menu plans your meals so you don’t have to!

This Week’s Secret To Success

  • This week is about taking it easy!
  • Broiler burgers take about 15 minutes to get to the table.
  • Spinach Artichoke Casserole is a comfort chicken and rice dish that can be made ahead of time.
  • Dessert, snack and breakfast are all the definition of simple.

EXTRA TIPS: When you prep the lettuce, tomato and onion for your burgers, go ahead and prep those same ingredients for your salad too! (These shared ingredients make shopping a breeze too– less running around the store to grab things and no wasted lettuce or partially used onions to store!)

Don’t want to make all the side dishes? These meals are great with just one side dish. Drop the soup and just have burgers and macaroni salad. Stick with the casserole and cornbread, if that’s what time permits.

Squeeze out an extra meal by pairing up the soup with leftover cornbread muffins!

Tasty & convenient recipes are only half of the dinner equation! So, don’t forget to make a plan for you table this week!

Having a few things you really love and at the ready is KEY to making any meal time special and to inviting others over stress free.
