This little recipe (if you can call it that- just 4 ingredients poured in a bowl!) is definitely one that you need to have in your back pocket.  It is so easy, makes more than plenty and is one of those that absolutely causes people to gather round the bowl.  Salty, crunchy and just sweet enough, I can’t think of a single thing you might do this holiday season where this Peanut Butter and Chocolate Christmas Snack Mix won’t be a hit.

2 bowls of Christmas Snack Mix

I heard about this snack mix from a friend.  She had something similar (she couldn’t quite remember all that was in it) at her office Christmas party and couldn’t quit talking about it.

So when I needed a quick little finger food to take to a Christmas paint party, I thought I would give a version of it a whirl.  Not only was it a hit there, my guys at home demanded I make a second batch that they at all weekend while they watched basketball.

Then there was the girl’s movie night- hot chocolate, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Christmas snack mix and all the Hallmark movies we could possibly stand.

A small tin bucket of smack mix

Now my mind is swirling with possibilities…  I definitely think I need some of this handy for the gift wrapping marathon that is sure to take place here is a few days.  Then there’s client gifts, neighbors, teachers, friends, and a ton more Christmas movies yet to watch.  Oh, and New Year’s Eve, more ball games…  Yeah, I think we’re going to need more of this.
