Monday Menu has all the recipes you need to make 2 complete family dinners, dessert, snack and breakfast. This week, we’re embracing the season with a cookout-style meal with Cherry Cola BBQ Pulled Pork, then bringing it back to the dining table with a classic Southern Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole!

This Week’s Secret To Success
- This week’s menu success is all about balance- balance in time and balance in style!
- Menu 1 uses two easy cook methods– the crock pot AND foil packets- not to mention a store bought green cabbage coleslaw mix as the base for the super tasty creamy southern coleslaw recipe. So when you’re talking about easy, there’s not a meal that gets much easier to prep and cook than this one.
- Menu 1 is as easy as it is casual! It has all the picnic/cookout vibes, and the pulled pork can even be eaten on buns as BBQ sandwiches Can I recommend that the slaw top the pork to create the BEST BBQ sandwich around?
- Menu 2 brings it back to sit-down style with an easy chicken casserole, strawberry asparagus salad and pull apart rolls.
- Go all in with a Sunday dinner feel by whipping up some raspberry lemon butter for those rolls!
