How I’m Setting My Table
Tasty & convenient recipes are only half of any dinner equation!
Having a few things at the ready that you really love to set the table with is THE KEY to making meal time enjoyable and inviting others over stress free.
Here are a few of my favorites! The open rattan placemats, cabbage ware, block print tablecloth and colors are very right now!

Menu 1- Louisiana Dirty Rice
Rich, hearty and full of flavor, Louisiana Dirty Rice is one of those delectably versatile comfort food recipes you’ll use all the time. A true Southern recipe filled with sausage, ground beef, bell pepper, onion, celery & spices, dirty rice is richly savory, completely comforting and can show up on any table from a Tuesday to the holidays! Serve it during these summer months with cheddar jalapeño cornbread muffins and a marinated black eyed pea salad for a seasonal comfort meal everyone with love.
Menu 2- Rotel Chicken Spaghetti
This easy chicken spaghetti dish is loaded with creamy, cheesy goodness! Savory shredded chicken, a creamy Velveeta cheese sauce, and zesty Rotel tomatoes with green chiles come together to make ultimately simple comfort food that everyone loves! Â Serve it up with skillet green beans with mushrooms and bacon and a little watermelon fruit salad to finish the meal.
Dessert This Week
Cherry Coca-Cola Jello Salad is a sparkling dessert fruit salad with delightfully intense flavors of a cherry coke float. Punctuated with juicy, tart cherries, bright pineapple, crunchy pecans and light flakes of sweetened coconut with a pop of fizzy Coca-Cola & a cream cheese whipped topping, jiggly jello has never been so fun… or delicious!

Breakfast Made Easy
Easy Peanut Butter Yogurt Parfaits with apples & pumpkin granola are a quick and simple way to get a healthy breakfast or afternoon snack on the table! Rich, velvety layers of greek yogurt, mixed with peanut butter, honey and spices with the crisp crunch of apples and sweet pumpkin granola make this treat you and yours will want to eat all the time!

Snack of the Week
When you need something good to munch, these babies take the PB&J’s classic sweet & salty goodness to a whole new level! With all the taste of a peanut butter & jelly sandwich and the crunch of peanut butter crackers, this all-in-one snack is wrapped in a layer of white chocolate that will satisfy even the choosiest of snackers.
