Keep this week’s meal plan cozy and family-centered this week with homemade Ground Beef Stroganoff and Southern Sweet Potato Soup. Plus, there are some seasonally flavor loaded sides like a Dark Green Salad with Pears & Figs, Sweet Potato Cornbread and Shrimp +Crab Deviled Eggs, as well as recipes for breakfast-on-the-go, a snack and dessert!

This Week’s Secret To Success
- This week’s meal plan relies a bit on the strategy of shared ingredients. Choosing recipes that use the same ingredients to make in the same week makes grocery shopping and meal prep easier! Plus, there’s no waste or storing leftover ingredients because you use them all!
- Buy an extra large can (40 ounces) of sweet potatoes to make the sweet potato soup and the cornbread.
- Prep the bacon for the brussel sprouts and the salad at the same time. Store what you’ll need for later in a zip top bag.
- One carton of a dozen eggs will make the breakfast crescent rolls and the deviled eggs.
- Buy a large enough carton of sour cream to make the stroganoff and the sweet potato soup (24 ounces).

EXTRA TIPS:
- Sausage and Egg Crescent Rolls are the perfect breakfast on the go. Wrap each one in plastic wrap or aluminum foil when cool and store in the fridge so everyone can grab their own breakfast in the morning!
- The shrimp and crab add a little extra protein to meal #2. If those ingredients aren’t ones your family will go for, just make regular deviled eggs instead!
- Where to find dried figs in the grocery store: check where your store stocks the packaged salad toppings & dried fruits or organic bulk items like seeds and nuts.
