That’s what this week’s Monday Menus are all about. Menu #1 centers around Tomato Alfredo Baked Ziti. This creamy tomato pasta dish is a tested family favorite and always makes enough for leftovers. Menu #2 is all Chicken Nacho Foil Packets that can be made in the oven or on the grill and bring a bit of fun to the regular weekday line up!
