Eating seasonally means that you’re getting the best flavors possible. It also means you can shop locally at roadside stands or your local farmer’s market for the freshest and best! This week we’re capitalizing on that with an easy Marinated Peach Dinner Salad with Shrimp, Jalapeño Hush Puppies, an ice cream dessert and so much more!

This Week’s Secret To Success
- The recipes in this week’s meal plan are perfect for making in the same week together! They share lots of the same ingredients, making grocery shopping and prep easy and efficient!
- I’ll be looking to my local farmer’s market for all of the produce.
- I’m also looking at my recipes to find those ingredient overlaps, like shrimp and fresh peaches to make a plan for prep and the best way to purchase those products so I don’t over or under buy.

Getting The Most From This Menu
This week is loaded with summer variety! Lots to mix and match here!
- Carve a third meal out of these recipes by serving the seafood mac and cheese as a meal of it’s own with the jalapeño hush puppies and/or the green salad!
- If you choose mac and cheese + salad as a meal, slide the sweet potatoes up to pair with the chicken tenders and serve the peach & shrimp with the hushpuppies for 3 easy meals.
- Or simply ditch the chicken tenders and serve the mac and cheese + salad to simplify meal 1.
- You can pare down meal 2 also by dropping the sweet potato wedges.
