This week’s meal ideas of Cheesy Beef Noodles and No-Peek Pork Chops make getting a hot, homemade meal on the table simple for you and your family. This Week’s Secret To Success

  • We’re keeping it simple by building our meal ideas around casserole, or all-in-one main dishes, all week long. This is the easiest way to get a complete, hot meal on the table!
  • Menu 1: Cheesy Beef Noodle Casserole is a hands-down family favorite and can be assembled ahead of time, while the black eyed peas cook hands-free in crock pot all day! Use the “Extra Tips” below to have the salad prepped, and this might be one of the easiest meals you’ve ever put together.
  • Menu 2: Side dishes can be prepped ahead of time, leaving just the main dish to be your focus on the day of!
  • Make your breakfast casserole at the beginning of the week, and you have a delicious french toast breakfast on the ready all week long.

EXTRA TIPS:

  • To make this week go smoothly, chop all the vegetables and fruit for these recipes ahead of time.
  • Remember to toss the diced apple in a tablespoon or two of lemon juice to keep it from browning. (or just chop the day of, if you prefer)
  • Put everything in separate zip top bags and store in the refrigerator. When you’re ready to cook, grab a bag and you’re ready to go!
