Monday Menu #66 is celebrating back to school this week! 2 delicious menus, the dessert of the week, plus a peek at our favorite back to school snack and breakfast on the go!
It’s the time of year again. The time when we start having to think about backpacks, schedules and delicious dinners over which we can sit down together and share our days.
This week’s Monday Menu celebrates the big “start back” with a classic back-to-school meal, a fluffy peanut butter fruit dip recipe as an afternoon snack and even the perfect breakfast sandwich recipe to boot! Back to school is going to be so easy and delicious this year!
And since summer isn’t reall all that over, I also put together an “end of summer garden menu.” Because let’s face it, it’s August, it’s hot and it’s prime pickings for okra and corn! Check out menu #2 for a little garden freshness.
Menu 1- Back to School Special
