Little shortcut tips and tricks keep you getting meals on the table this week without missing a beat! We’ve got chicken salad and sweet potato wedges for your busiest night and a Sunday dinner-style meal with my cheesy meat and potatoes cottage pie. And no meal plan is complete without breakfast, snack and dessert recipes too!

This Week’s Secret To Success

  • This week’s meal plan relies on shortcuts to help you put quality meals on the table without a lot of fuss.
  • The cottage pie uses roll-out, refrigerated pie crusts to cut prep time in half.
  • Use a rotisserie chicken to make your chicken salad. A no-cook main dish that’s perfect for your busiest night this week!
  • The little king cakes use canned cinnamon rolls to create some of the easiest king cakes around! All the celebration with less than half the work.

EXTRA TIPS + Ways to Get MORE From the Menu:

  • To make having a traditional sit-down meal with your family even easier, you can also prep/cook the ground beef and the potatoes ahead of time for the Cottage Pie. Store them in fridge until you are ready to cook the meal.
  • If you choose to use a rotisserie chicken to make your chicken salad, you may have to purchase 2 chickens if you don’t want to use the dark meat.
  • Instead of a snack, the sausage balls would make a good protein addition to this week’s breakfast idea.
  • If you make the sausage balls for snacking, try them with any leftover fry sauce for extra yum!
