This Week’s Secret To Success
- This week’s recipes are ideal to make in the same week because they work together, using the leftovers of one to create the other.
- This makes smart use of your time in the kitchen because it creates good hearty meals for your family while being efficient, focused and purposeful.
- What we eat and how we eat is important!
- This week also utilizes a little of the mix and match strategy. Trade the Puffed Pastry Wrapped Asparagus for the Rosemary Cheddar Biscuits or vice versa. They’re both delicious with either meal!
- OR choose to make just one and serve it for both meals.

EXTRA TIPS:
- Buy a larger than usual roast when making the Classic Pot Roast (or simply buy two to cook at the same time) with the intention of having about 2 lbs leftover. Use the leftovers to easily make your Homemade Beef Stew.
- You can also add any leftover vegetables and mushrooms from Menu 1 to the stew for an extra hearty meal.
- Make the coffee creamer and banana bread and invite a friend over this week. Your friendship is just what someone is needing as this new year begins!
