Monday Menu #183- Peel & Eat Shrimp + Steak Salad

This week’s menu ideas are so good I can’t wait to dig in! We’re talking favorites like quick and simple Louisiana Peel & Eat Shrimp, Steak Caprese Salad, Hush Puppies, Loaded Baked Potato Salad and Pimento Mac & Cheese… And don’t forget breakfast, snack and dessert recipes too!

4 recipes in a collage showing this week's featured meal ideas for summer.

This Menu’s Secret To Success

  • This week’s main dishes are both QUICK, each taking about 4-8 minutes on the stove top or grill.
  • This leaves a little more time to make really delicious side dishes like a baked mac and cheese or potato salad.
  • Just 2 of you at home? For an even more convenient meal line up, make just one side dish– either the Loaded Baked Potato Salad or the Baked Pimento Mac & Cheese– and use the leftovers with your second main dish/menu idea instead of making a whole new side.
  • Having some friends over? Use the Watermelon Bruschetta as an appetizer and serve the Peel & Eat Shrimp, Hush Puppies and Potato Salad for a fun summer dinner!
  • Not much on breakfast? The breakfast recipe, Sausage & Grits Quiche, can also double as a dinner recipe.

The REAL Success Happens At the Table

A successful meal isn’t only about tasty or convenient recipes. It’s also about what happens around the table.

And setting the table sends a positive signal about the high value you place on what happens there. Lead the way this week by setting a table everyone will feel special gathering around!

Here are some of the things I keep on hand to set my table. Having them makes prioritizing meal time and inviting others over easy. With these shoppable links, you can use them too!
