There’s nothing that adds a little pizzazz to your gathering like a gorgeous, sparkling drink. And this Pomegranate Lime Punch doesn’t disappoint! Ruby-red pomegranate juice, sparkling ginger ale and bright lime put the fete in festive! Your guests will love to have something delicious to sip while they visit, nibble or hang around the kitchen while the finishing touches are being put on dinner.

What You Need To Make Pomegranate Lime Punch

  • Pomegranate Juice
  • Pomegranate Jewels or “Arils”
  • Ginger Ale
  • Lime

A sparkling punch adds a big wow factor, but there is nothing easier to make! Most drinks are just a matter of pouring the ingredients in a drink dispenser or pitcher and serving. It’s really that simple.

2 stem glasses filled with ruby red pomegranate punch.

Pomegranate Lime Punch combines pomegranate juice, ginger ale and a fresh squeezed lime for a fizzy little number that perfect for the holidays or, my favorite, ringing in the New Year!

For an extra little kick, 1 C of ginger ale can be substituted for 12 oz of ginger beer. Ginger beer is a non-alcoholic root beer made from spicy ginger root, and it’s easy to find at your upscale grocery store on the soda aisle. But be aware, it does pack a fire-y little punch. But we think that zing makes it all the more fun!

And of course, there must be garnishes. An extra slice of lime looks pretty, but it also lets your guests add a little more lime juice if they like.

But that’s not all. Pomegranate “jewels” called arils look like rubies afloat in this drink. Don’t worry though. You don’t have to peel a pomegranate to get them. They can be purchased already plucked from the pomegranate in the grocery store produce section! Don’t you just love it when it’s easy?!
