Monday morning sure has a way of coming around bright and early, doesn’t it? And these days, each Monday brings us one week closer to Easter!

I know that you are already thinking about all that goes into planning a heartfelt celebration of our Savior’s resurrection- frocks, eggs, baskets, brunch, dinner and quiet time with Him. There’s no doubt it’s a lot to take on.

But celebrations like these are worth every bit of effort it takes to create meaningful memories and traditions for those we love. And what better time to spend together?

This week’s Coffee Break is embracing everything that Easter is truly about! I can’t wait to share with you a tradition-laced Easter picnic, a classic Southern Potato Salad recipe (because every proper picnic needs a good potato salad) and a precious friend’s courageous testimony, an important story that you’ll likely not hear in other places.
