It’s Monday again! It’s funny how some weeks roll around faster than others, don’t you think?
But that’s okay because there’s plenty to celebrate this week. Aside from being a new week full of new opportunity, tomorrow is Mardi Gras! Don’t know much about Mardi Gras? That’s no problem either! It is an official holiday in my home state, and I’ve got the basics covered for you in this week’s Coffee Break. It’s just what you need to know to understand what this crazy holiday is all about… and what you find out might just surprise you. Plus, this is one of those holidays that is all about the food, so I’ve got some recipes for that too!
But we don’t stop there, I’ve got a recipe for a lemon layer cake that is out of this world with lemony goodness and a little reminder that God will do whatever it takes to meet you right where you are… if you really want Him to. He’s ready and waiting!
