Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉. Spray baking sheet with a non stick spray.
In a small bowl or food processor, add olive oil, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Whisk or pulse until emulsified.
Spread potatoes on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the marinade. Toss until all of the potatoes are coated. Arrange in a single layer on one end of the baking sheet, cut side down.
Add green beans to the baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the marinade. Toss until all of the beans are coated and arrange in a single layer on the other end of the baking sheet.
Add Worcestershire sauce to marinade. Whisk or pulse to blend. Pour the rest of the marinade on each side of the steaks. Gently rub it in, and set them aside on a plate to marinate.
Place baking sheet with the vegetables in the preheated oven to roast for 18-20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the vegetables from the oven. Make a space in the center of the pan and nestle the steaks in between the beans and potatoes.
Turn the oven to broil. Place the baking sheet back in the oven to cook the steaks and finish the vegetables under the broiler for 8 minutes. Flip the steaks and toss the beans halfway through.
Remove from the oven. Grate some extra parm over the beans, potatoes and steak. Sprinkle the steaks with a pinch of salt each and top with a pat of butter. Sprinkle everything with fresh parsley and serve!

Notes
Steaks will be about 136°F when they come out of the oven. As they rest, they will finish cooking and be about 140° when you slice and serve. This is a medium rare/medium steak.
If you'd like a more well-done steak, you will need to remove the beans from the pan and broil the steak and potatoes for an extra 2-3 minutes.
