medium onion
diced

butter
melted

can cream of chicken soup
1- 14

can cream of mushroom soup
2- 4

can diced green chiles
1- 12
count pkg white corn tortillas

Monterrey Jack/ Colby Cheese
grated blend

chicken breasts
boiled and chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together onion, melted butter, broth, chicken and mushroom soups.
Add chiles (do not drain) and chopped chicken.
Cut tortillas into quarters.
In a 4 qt casserole dish, layer tortillas, chicken filling, and cheese. Finish with plenty of cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Let sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Top with lettuce and tomato salad. Serve with sour cream and corn chips.
