In 4-6 qt crock pot, add cider and caramel, stirring until well blended. Slowly stir in cream until all liquids come together. Add rest of ingredients.
Turn crock pot on medium to high. Let cook for 1 hour. Stirring occasionally.
Serve when hot and cream is blended with cider.
Garnish with whipped topping and ground cinnamon before serving or let guests garnish their own.
Notes
Cloves, cinnamon sticks or oranges can be removed before serving. I leave mine in and just serve around them for a more rustic, cozy service.
