Overnight Sausage Breakfast Casserole
A deliciously easy sausage, egg and cheese casserole made even more simple and tasting by using croutons as the base!

Ingredients

package seasoned croutons
1
14 oz can cream of mushroom soup

C
half and half
12
eggs
2
C
sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
1
lb.
ground breakfast sausage
browned and drained

Instructions
Grease bottom of 13x9 baking dish.
Arrange croutons in the bottom of the baking dish.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the top.
Cover with foil and let soak in the fridge overnight.
Pull out 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake 45 -60 minutes or until center is set and edges are bubbly.
Notes
Don't skip the overnight step!
