Cut open avocados and scoop out the the avocado flesh. Put into medium mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients. Squeeze the juice from the ½ lime over ingredients.
Stir together all ingredients using a fork or potato masher. Do not mix until smooth. Leave avocados and overall dip consistency a little bit chunky.

Serve immediately with tortilla chips. To Store Leftover Guacamole: Cover with plastic wrap, pressing the wrap down so that it touches all of the surface of the guacamole and no air can come in contact with the surface causing oxidation, or the guacamole to turn brown. Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
