Rough chop cooked shrimp. Separate ½ cup for use as the topping, and set the shrimp aside.
Mix together cream cheese, mayo and sour cream until smooth using either a hand mixer or a whisk.
Stir in ½ of the cocktail sauce + all of the hot sauce, Old Bay or Creole Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
Fold in all of the shrimp except the ½ cup set aside for the topping.
Spoon dip into shallow bowl or onto a serving platter. Top it with the remaining cocktail sauce and shrimp. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve!

Notes
You can use precooked shrimp and jarred cocktail sauce. I've included links to recipes for boiling shrimp and a homemade cocktail sauce because it only takes about 5 minutes to make your own!
