Honey & Pineapple Mustard

Savory & sweet, this homemade honey mustard sauce is perfect for cheese trays, as a marinade, glaze or even a salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/8 C yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 Tbsp finely diced green bell pepper
  • 1 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cornstarch
  • dash salt
  • splash Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.  Make take 2-3 minutes.  When smooth, pour into small jar and serve.  Makes about 1/2 C.

Notes

For a sweet heat kick, add red pepper flakes!
