Pumpkin Compound Butter

Ingredients

1 C Butter (salted)

2½ Tbsp Pumpkin Puree

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

½ tsp Fresh Grated Nutmeg (¼ tsp if using dried ground nutmeg)

¼ tsp Ground Ginger

 

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until everything is combined and smooth.
  2. If you do not have a food processor, set the butter at room temperature for 10 minutes, place in a bowl with remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Serve immediately in a pretty bowl or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.SONY DSC
